serving out the remainder of brown's term. also on the city council, there was actually an at large upset with michael grasso, an independent, unseated michael brown, and that large independent member of the council. he will be joining vincent orange, who will return as an incumbent democrat in one of those at large seats. and there was a series of ethics related charter amendments on the d.c. city council -- by the voters today actually for the district government. they deal with ethics issues. so anything like someone who commits a felony or a gross misconduct can be voted out by a member of the council. and if an elected member of d.c. government, say a council member is convicted of some crime, that person will have to leave the job and can't reclaim the job again. some pretty not surprising races in terms of incumbents. delegate eleanor holmes-norton will return to congress as d.c.'s nonvoting delegate. and browser, alexander, and evans will also return as incumben incumbents. we're live in northwest, back to you. >>> com
